John Keys Resource Centre

This community centre is located in Pond House within the heart of South Kensington within the Royal Borough of Kensington & Chelsea (RBKC). We at Olelo were the appointed contractors on this built project and worked alongside RBKC to refurbish completely this community centre for the use of local businesses and private venue hire.

The works involved required a full redecoration and repairs of the community centre, screeding to be done, as previously there was carpet, which would be changed to non-slip vinyl flooring. There was also a section at a slope that needed to be overlayed but still allow use for wheelchair users to the centre. A new kitchen and WC room refurbishment.
